Kelly Tamer's creative journey began in the world of theatre and music, where she built a career performing on stages across the country and in Los Angeles. Those years in the performing arts shaped her eye for storytelling, design, and creating memorable experiences.Today, Kelly helps people find the perfect place to call home as a real estate agent serving the Greater Detroit area. While her career has evolved, her love for creativity has never faded.Flowers have always held a special place in Kelly's heart. They were the centerpiece of her own wedding and have been a defining element of every celebration she's hosted. After designing florals for her own showers and events, she discovered a natural talent and passion for floral design. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into something much bigger.As co-founder of Fillery & Co., Kelly brings her artistic vision, attention to detail, and love of celebrating life's biggest moments into every arrangement she creates. She believes flowers aren't just décor—they're what make an event feel personal, unforgettable, and full of joy.

Brittany Crinson is a theatrical wig, hair, and makeup designer whose career has been built around creativity, artistry, and bringing beautiful visions to life. With a professional background in hair and makeup, she's spent nearly 18 years working in the wedding industry, helping couples look and feel their best on one of the most important days of their lives.Outside of the theatre and bridal world, Brittany has always loved hosting celebrations and believes the magic is found in the details. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a grand event, she's the person who notices every thoughtful touch—and for her, flowers have always been the heart of every celebration.That passion for beautiful blooms naturally grew into Fillery & Co., where Brittany combines her artistic eye, years of event experience, and love of meaningful moments to create floral designs that make every occasion feel unforgettable.
